Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, place all the ingredients and blend on high until the sauce is smooth with small pieces.
  2. Serve over your favorite steak
