I was having a mad craving for pancakes this Saturday. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until after I started mixing ingredients together that we were low on eggs, and our applesauce went bad because I forgot to stick it in the fridge after opening – Woooops! So what’s a girl to do? I did some quick research online and found that I could use oil and water.

Mmmm, pancakes! I don’t eat these enough. I usually just add my chocolate chips and/or blueberries to the pancakes right after I put them on the griddle (rather than mix them into the batter). Easy to distribute them evenly that way! Now I’m hungry – thanks for this!
I have recently found your blog! I love it a lot. When I make pancakes I do white chocolate and raspberries. They taste super delicious and you don’t even need syrup!
