We’re on a roll here with foods. Baby M is getting with the groove. We now have a “time to eat song” —Oh yes, I’m at that stage in Motherhood— and I strictly use her high chair for mealtimes. I’ve read so many places that to keep babies excited about eating, don’t put them in the high chair while prepping the food. Only when you’re ready to start eating. So, we’re giving it a try. Starting Solids: How to Prepare Pears for Baby
We’re on food # 2 for Baby M, Pears. We’re alternating between fruits and veggies. And yes, we did not start with fruit. I had never heard of it, but was intrigued by the concept. A healthy restaurant that makes everything from scratch. I had the best ever roasted broccoli. Seriously, I’m still thinking about it today.
Now that I’m back in Amman, I’m definitely thousands and thousands of miles away from the best roasted broccoli I ever had. So, naturally, I had to find a way to make it myself. Enter Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Broccoli.

Costco sells this delicious frozen marinated salmon where each of the filets is individually wrapped with the marinade. All you have to do is bake it.
